1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for tournaments, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws in Malaysia.

2. Event & Tournament Registration

• Registration: All team and individual registrations for events like the Penang Pesta Rugby 10s are final once payment is confirmed.

• Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge that rugby is a contact sport. Redza Brothers and its partners (e.g., Penang All Blues RC) are not liable for injuries sustained during events.

• Insurance: It is the responsibility of the team manager or individual player to ensure they have valid sports insurance coverage.

3. Hayato Rugby Academy

• Conduct: Students and parents must adhere to the Academy’s code of conduct.

• Fees: Training fees must be paid in advance. Missed sessions are non-refundable unless canceled by the Academy.

4. E-Commerce & Shipping

• Product Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and details accurately, but actual items may vary slightly from screen images.

• Refunds/Exchanges: Products are allowed for exchange only due to manufacturing damage or defects within 3 days of receipt with a valid receipt.

• Delivery: Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Media & Broadcasting

• Content Rights: Redza Brothers retains the rights to all broadcast footage, photography, and live streams produced during our events.

• Publicity: By attending our events, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional and broadcasting purposes.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

7.International Payment Terms

We accept a wide range of international payment methods, including:

• Global Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (where available).

• Local Methods: Depending on your region, additional local bank transfer options may be displayed at checkout.

Currency Conversion & Exchange Rates

• Pricing Currency: All transactions are processed in [Insert Your Primary Currency, e.g., USD].

• Conversion: If your payment card is issued in a different currency, the exchange rate will be determined by your bank or card issuer at the time of the transaction.

• Fluctuations: We are not responsible for any differences in the final amount charged due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of order and the time of settlement.

International Transaction Fees

• Foreign Transaction Fees: Some banks may charge an additional “Foreign Transaction Fee” for payments made to an international merchant. This fee is charged by your bank, not by us, and we cannot refund these charges.

• Cross-Border Levies: Any applicable regional taxes or cross-border processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Security & Verification

• 3D Secure: To prevent fraud, international payments may require 3D Secure authentication (e.g., Verified by Visa or Mastercard ID Check). Please ensure your card is enabled for international online transactions.

• Verification Holds: In some cases, our payment processor may flag an international transaction for manual review. This may delay your confirmation notification by up to 24 hours.

Refunds on International Payments

• Original Currency: All refunds will be issued in the original currency of the transaction.

• Rate Differences: Because exchange rates change daily, the amount refunded to your local currency may differ slightly from the original amount paid. We are not liable for these discrepancies.
