At Redza Brothers, we take pride in the quality of our rugby gear and apparel. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns if a customer is unhappy with a purchase or has a change of mind.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are strictly limited to the following condition: Incorrect Item Sent: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or product), you are eligible for an exchange.
3. Exchange Process To request an exchange for an incorrect item:
Contact us via WhatsApp at +60 13-449 6624 within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Provide your Order ID and a photo/video of the incorrect item received. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
4. Tournament & Event Fees
Registration fees for tournaments (e.g., Penang Pesta Rugby 10s) and Academy training fees are non-refundable. In the event of a tournament cancellation by the organizer, credit may be offered for future events at the discretion of the management.
5. Damaged Items
While we do not offer standard returns, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately with a valid receipt to discuss a one-to-one replacement.
